Terms of service

Using this site

This site is provided for product information and selection enquiries. You may read it, share links to it and quote the published specifications with attribution.

Product information

Every flow, head, power, weight and discharge figure published here is transcribed from the factory manual, and rows that the manual records inconsistently are marked as pending confirmation. Values that are not documented are listed as gaps rather than estimated. Nothing on this site is a contractual specification: the binding specification is the one on your order, the nameplate and the delivery documents.

Prices and availability

Prices, lead times and availability are not published. They are confirmed by quotation. Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract, a firm order or a commitment to supply.

Orders and payment

This site does not take orders or payment. Orders are placed by quotation confirmation and settled by the agreed terms. Any advance payment, performance bond or retention arrangement is a matter for the individual order, not for this site.

Quality and warranty

The scope and period of quality assurance, spare parts and technical support are as agreed in the order or contract and in the product documentation supplied with the unit. This site makes no separate warranty commitment.

Safety

Do not disassemble the motor or control system. Damage caused by improper operation, unauthorised modification, or use outside the nameplate duty is outside the quality assurance scope.

Intellectual property

The photographs, drawings, model tables and text on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may use them for your own procurement evaluation with attribution; you may not resell them or present them as your own.

Liability

We are responsible for the obligations set out in the order or contract. Nothing on this site adds to or limits those obligations.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law applicable at our registered place of business in China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
