Can I order online?
No. Pricing depends on the series, configuration and quantity, so every order goes through a quotation. Send your duty and we reply with a selection and a price.
Do you ship outside China?
Yes. Tell us the destination country and port, or the site address, and we quote the transport method and cost along with the equipment.
How long does a quote take?
Normally within one working day once we have the duty. If a specification is missing we come back with questions rather than guess.
What documents can you provide?
Model parameter tables, control system notes, installation and operating notes, and the energy-saving test report. State any tender-specific documents in your inquiry.
