What we collect

We collect only what you type into our forms: your name, phone number, company, role, the application scenario, and the working conditions you provide (flow, head, medium, discharge size, power supply and anything you add in the message field). If you apply as a distributor we also record the region you intend to cover and the channels you mention.

Why we collect it

To answer your inquiry: to review the working conditions, propose a series and configuration, and contact you about it. Nothing else. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Where it is stored

Inquiries are stored in our own system, accessible to our sales team. We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or third-party remarketing pixels on this site.

How long we keep it

For as long as the commercial relationship is live, and afterwards only as long as we need it for legal and warranty obligations.

How to withdraw or delete it

Ask us at any time and we will delete or anonymise your information after verifying the request. Contact us through the channel you originally used, or through the inquiry form.

Cross-border transfers

You may be outside China when you write to us. The information you send is transferred to and processed in China, where our factory and sales team are located.

What we do not do

• No advertising or remarketing trackers.
• No selling or sharing of your details with third parties for marketing.
• No bulk or automated mailings.
